Modica PGI Chocolate

In the  Luchino’s artisan chocolate shop, the famous Modica Chocolate is produced according to the ancient tradition, with certified top quality ingredients and according to the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) regulations.

The raw material is cold-processed according to tradition. This gives to the Modica chocolate its special graininess and allows the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the cocoa beans to remain intact/unaltered. Each bar is vegan, gluten free and naturally rich in flavonoids, precious antioxidants.
